Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver throughout the East Bay. If you’re unsure whether we can reach you, email us your zip code and we’ll confirm.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to source the freshest seasonal flowers. Need something sooner? Reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Not typically, but we’re happy to try. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen. Rush fees may apply.
Can I choose specific flowers or colors?
All arrangements are designer’s choice, based on what’s in season and at its best. While we can’t take specific requests, we promise to create something beautiful in our signature style. You can browse our portfolio to get a sense of our look.
What’s the difference between vase arrangements and bouquets?
Vase arrangements come designed in a vase and are ready to display, just add water! Bouquets are wrapped and designed to be placed in your own vase at home.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
We’re delivery-only at this time and don’t offer pickup.
What are your business hours?
We’re available Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm. The best way to reach us is by email at studio@niriefloral.com. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours!
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
No problem! You can cancel or make changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. After that, we’ve already started designing and can’t make changes. See our full policies here
Do you do weddings or events?
We offer a la carte elopement pieces and are open to custom projects! Email us with your date and vision, and we’ll let you know if we’re a good fit.
