A few details to help ensure a seamless experience from order to delivery.

FLOWERS & SEASONALITY

Each arrangement is created using the season’s most beautiful flowers and foliage, selected for their freshness, character, and natural beauty.

Rather than working from fixed recipes, we design intuitively with what’s available at market. This allows every piece to feel unique while remaining true to our studio’s signature aesthetic.

Because flowers are living and seasonal, varieties may vary from those pictured. We guarantee freshness upon delivery and include care instructions with every order to help your flowers last as long as possible.

DELIVERY

Local delivery is available Tuesday through Saturday throughout the East Bay and surrounding area’s.

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice for all orders. If you require flowers sooner, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, arrangements may be left in a safe, sheltered location at our discretion. Delivery confirmation may include a photograph of the completed delivery.

Additional delivery fees may apply for incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or requested redelivery.

SHIPPING

Select gift items may be shipped within the United States. Orders are carefully packed and shipped through a trusted carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assist in resolving the issue.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Each arrangement is created to order using perishable materials sourced specifically for your design.

Because of the custom and perishable nature of our work, floral orders are final sale once production begins.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery schedules. If a delay becomes necessary, we will communicate promptly and arrange the earliest available delivery date.

PRIVACY

Your information is used solely to process and fulfill your order. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your personal information.
